Modern Exterior contacted me within 5 min. of my request for work via Thumbtack. I needed to have the flashing around my chimney looked at because water was leaking down the chimney, which was apparent in the attic and on the kitchen ceiling. I was contacted by another local roofing contractor (lots of good reviews) who assured me he was interested in doing the job; however when finding out the job.details, he never called me back (despite many messages I left for him). Another contractor never responded to my online request for an estimate. I had to call him and leave my information and then wait another week and a half to hear from him. Meanwhile I am panicked and thinking I wasn't going to find someone.to do this for me. NOT only did Modern Exterior contact me, but they did not brush me aside because my job was TOO SMALL. Their customer service was exceptional and the job they did has proven to be great, as the recent flooding rainstorm did not dampen the attic or kitchen ceiling. I can't thank them enough for helping me, the liitle guy, with the utmost efficiency and professionalism.

Great company to work with. Came in worked with my insurance company after a horrific hail storm. Called at 7:00pm night of storm they were there by 7:00 am next day (1/2 hour early) with 4 reps surveying property damage. Owner is professional and organized. They performed work 2 weeks ahead of any contractor in my neighborhood. They worked safety first, very respectful of my wife's plants, unbelievably professional. Would be first LOCAL company I would call if you need a Roof or Gutters.

Outstanding company. Very responsive, follow up awesome, timeliness, professional, and everything we needed. Backstory... this is the fourth time we've had a crew working on our roof. We were scammed by the first company, the whole thing had to be replaced again, 16 years later leaks and Ice dams, and now severe hail storm here in town caused us to have another crew get up on our roof once again! Needless to say this gave me nightmares, I was very skeptical, we were inundated with so many companies coming around they gave me anxiety.
